Senior Living Options
Choose More. Live More.
Support for Every Stage
People are not divided by “old” and “young.” Life is full of steps, and we’re here to offer as much or as little support as you need.
Ebenezer Senior Living provides ten different living options. Find your community or learn more about which living option is right for you.
Which Community Is Right for You?
With so many options, it can be hard to know what’s best for you or your loved one. Start by understanding the main categories below. Then explore the different communities available using our locations finder. Check out the resource library to learn more about navigating care conversations and next steps.
Cooperatives and Condos
Enjoy homeownership without the hassle of home and yard maintenance. Community activities can help you connect with neighbors and stay active.
- Ideal for active older adults seeking homeownership without maintenance responsibilities
- Opportunities to socialize with neighbors in a similar life stage
- Tax benefits and shared ownership in a member-controlled cooperative or condo association
Independent Living
Keep your independence while enjoying more support. Designed for convenience and low-maintenance living, these communities offer more peace of mind.
- Ideal for older adults who are independent but want some support
- Maintenance-free living with access to in-house staff for emergencies
- Optional program with emergency response pendant and daily check-ins
Assisted Living
Still a relatively independent living option, these communities offer more day-to-day support. Many offer community amenities and programs to keep you active.
