As part of Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab, Ebenezer Day Break of St. Paul offers seniors daytime social activities while their caregivers take time away. The DayBreak Adult Day is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., except holidays. Seniors can attend daily or weekly.

Ebenezer’s Adult Day Center at Ebenezer Ridges Campus offers personalized care and support for seniors whose regular caregivers aren’t always available. Our unique day center offers seniors an engaging, active, and social setting with the personal, emotional, and spiritual assistance they need.
