While Ebenezer Park Apartments does not accept vouchers, we do offer:

Tax credit apartment homes for adults that are 50 or older
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 federally-subsidized, low-income housing

Floor Plan Options

Rent includes heat, air conditioning, water, and electricity. Each apartment has vinyl and carpeted flooring, a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and ample closet space. Pets are allowed.
