Affordable Senior Living in Spring Lake Park

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, Osborne Apartments has easy access to shopping, transportation, entertainment, and volunteer opportunities. A medical center is directly across the street, providing in-patient and out-patient health care, and a multi-specialty physician clinic.

To qualify for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age or need a wheelchair accessible apartment.

Under the Section-8 Rental Assistance Program, residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Annual income limits are set and updated by HUD every year. They vary by state and county. For help determining if you are eligible, reach out to our team. We’d be happy to help.
